Stacey Ornelas has been a valued member of Nevada Commercial Coatings for nearly five years. She began her career with the company at the front desk, where she gained firsthand knowledge of the company’s daily operations and built strong relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Her dedication and willingness to learn led to her promotion to Project Coordinator and, most recently, to her current role as Project Manager and Estimator.

In her current position, Stacey handles estimating, proposals, project coordination, submittals, scheduling, change orders, and communication with general contractors, vendors, and field personnel. She takes pride in staying organized, paying close attention to detail, and helping each project run smoothly from the bidding stage through completion.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stacey communicates effectively with clients and team members from a variety of backgrounds. She is committed to providing dependable service, building strong working relationships, and continuing to grow with Nevada Commercial Coatings.

Rudy is our Head Estimator and has been in the construction industry for over 45 years. He began as a laborer at the age of 15 years old and at 22 years old, he decided it was time to become a Licensed Contractor in the State of New Mexico as a Mason. Rudy achieved his degree in Architectural Drafting and Design. Rudy examines and estimates the work of construction projects. He conducts the estimation and gathers blueprints, specifications, and other related key documents and explores them to gain a deeper understanding of the project and its requirements. He estimates labor, material, and time requirements. He selects, measures, and tracks important metrics for the projects.

Missy is an Assistant Project Manager at Nevada Commercial Coatings, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience as a painter and a strong understanding of the commercial painting industry. Her field experience gives her a unique perspective on project requirements, jobsite operations, and the coordination necessary to successfully take projects from planning through completion.

In her role as Assistant Project Manager, Missy supports the planning, coordination, and administration of commercial painting projects from startup through closeout. Her responsibilities include project billing, change order management, contract and project documentation, cost tracking, compliance requirements, and communication with general contractors, field personnel, vendors, and project teams. She also assists with monitoring project progress, addressing jobsite needs, and ensuring required documentation and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Combining her extensive field experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Missy helps bridge the gap between field operations and project administration. Her understanding of both the practical and administrative sides of commercial painting allows her to anticipate project needs, support field teams, and help keep projects organized, efficient, and moving forward.

Julissa Alcaraz is a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Nevada Commercial Coatings (NVCC), bringing professionalism, energy, and a strong work ethic to the team. At 22, Julissa has already built valuable experience through four years at Home Depot, where she worked closely with contractors and homeowners to develop tailored project solutions and accurate material estimates.

At NVCC, she manages front desk operations, including visitor management—greeting, logging, and directing guests and new hire applicants with efficiency and a welcoming attitude. She organizes digital and physical filing systems and supports daily administrative functions using tools such as Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel, PlanSwift, Adobe, and LCP Tracker. Julissa also assists with onboarding new hires, payroll tracking, and invoice management to ensure smooth project coordination.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Julissa is proud to be bilingual and values connecting with a diverse community. Known for her reliability and positive attitude, she is committed to supporting both her team and clients with care and dedication.

Helen Aguirre brings over 12 years of experience as a Loan Officer to her role as Office Manager at Nevada Commercial Coatings, where she keeps daily operations running smoothly with organization, care, and a positive attitude.

With a background in both finance and hospitality, Helen is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome.

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Helen enjoying the outdoors or spending quality time with her children and grandchildren—who mean everything to her. She brings that same warmth and dedication into the workplace every day, creating a supportive and friendly environment for both clients and her team.

Chase Comeaux brings over 20+ years of experience in the painting industry to his role as Estimator/ Project Manager at Nevada Commercial Coatings. He began his career working as a Sales Representative in the Reno/ Tahoe Painting Market and moved to Estimating/ Project Management in the Truckee Tahoe high-end custom home painting, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Chase recently joined Nevada Commercial Coatings in July 2026. In his current role, Chase oversees project scheduling, coordinates crews, manages materials, and works closely with general contractors and superintendents to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the company’s high standards.
