The Imax theater was the first one to make its way to Reno. With a 62,000sf theater and 12 screens, painting the theater was a nice challenge.

There were many accents wall colors and wallcoverings throughout the theater.

The former Kings Inn, the oldest vacant hotel-casino in downtown Reno, is now 3rd Street Flats, an upscale apartment building with 94 units. It will reopen for the first time in summer 2016. The complex will also include about 9,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, on-site property management, fireside roof deck and barbeque area, social lounge, on-site storage and bike amenities.

Painting of new stucco on exterior of building as well as painting all exsisting CMU walls throughout the exterior. We also painted all metal guardrails on the roof, pool deck, stairs, and awnings.
